BELLY DANCE Designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, muscular control and whole body awareness, this class also introduces the technique needed to break down basic belly dance movements, drills, shimmies, percussive hip work, core strengthening exercises and dance combinations.
BUTTS & GUTS Focusing on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, and muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes this session will help to develop better balance and increased core strength -- the 6-pack is an added bonus.
HARD TO RESIST Based in the form and function of daily living, these sessions focus on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles that make up your core (abdominals, back, hips, glutes, inner thigh) through the addition of resistance bands, hand weights, and your own body weight.

CYCLING A class with varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities that is readily tailored to your personal goals and needs. Class sessions include work targeting the upper body, core, and more. Cycling is a great way to raise your heart rate and tone your lower body.
