BELLY DANCE  Designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, muscular control and whole body awareness, this class also introduces the technique needed to break down basic belly dance movements, drills, shimmies, percussive hip work, core strengthening exercises and dance combinations.

BUTTS & GUTS   Focusing on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, and muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes this session will help to develop better balance and increased core strength -- the 6-pack is an added bonus.

HARD TO RESIST   Based in the form and function of daily living, these sessions focus on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles that make up your core (abdominals, back, hips, glutes, inner thigh) through the addition of resistance bands, hand weights, and your own body weight.

CYCLING  A class with varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities that is readily tailored to your personal goals and needs. Class sessions include work targeting the upper body, core, and more. Cycling is a great way to raise your heart rate and tone your lower body.

CARDIO PUMP   A weight-based workout that strengthens the entire body. Challenging all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. KICKBOXING+   An empowering cardio work-
out inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and muay thai. With this ultimate warrior workout, you’ll strike, punch, and kick your way to superior cardio fitness.

CARDIO TONE   Designed to target all your major muscle groups through strength training. This class utilizes equipment including weights, resistance bands, body bars, aerobic activity, and more!

MEN'S CLUB   Not just for men, this kettle bell based class is for participants looking for a hard-core, fast-paced and intense workout. Get results with High Intensity Interval Training. Each session focuses on functional cross training movements to burn fat and build muscle in record time!  
ZUMBA   Featuring Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves, Zumba® is a dance-exercise program that keeps everyone motivated by creating a party-like atmosphere. Come join the fun!     
TONE IT UP   Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat. You will use hand weights, body bars, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected in this class!  
PILATES   Class sessions are designed to condition and stabilize core muscles and to develop overall bone and joint stability. Other benefits of this class include flexibility, coordination, balance, relaxation and self awareness. 
STEP   a high intensity, low impact workout. With a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. 
YOGA    A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific body postures.  It is widely practiced for health and re-laxation. Regular yoga practice helps improve balance and stability, and leaves you feeling stronger and more centered.
